Equilibrium

Equilibrium is a state in which opposing forces are balanced, it is a calm state. This was the theme for my first year outfit at AUT university. The style features that I explored were the elements of transparency and line. I wanted to produced garments that felt balanced but were the combination of opposites. I also experimented with hidden details which were only visible upon closer inspection such as stitching. These lines represented the chemistry symbol for equilibrium.
